  1. Day 1: Kathmandu To Syange (dinner) (Time: 9 hours )

     

    The ride from Kathmandu to Syange through Besi Sahar takes around 9 hours. You’ll be riingthrough dirt track that follows the path of the River Marsyandi raging below the road. You can stop for lunch at Besisahar, a busy market area or Bulbule. The village of Syange is very less, but it has lodges with basic facilities and twin sharing room.

  2. Day 2: Syange to Manang (Breakfast at Syange and dinner at Manang) (8-10 hrs)

     

    Today’s route is mostly consists of flat trails and stunning views of the Annapurnas. It’s a long ride and you’ll reach Manang by evening. Along the way you’ll pass by Chame. The mountain views are even spectacular once we reach Manang which offers jaw dropping glimpses of the majestic walls of Annapurna, Manaslu and Himchuli in the eastern Horizon. Manang’s landscape is equally fascinating with glaciers, lakes and high altitude deserts.  Besides the landscape, Manang also offers a rich culture, with ancient monasteries and also caves where Buddhist monks have been known to meditate for centuries.

  3. Day 3: Manang to Khangsar and hike to tilicho base camp (Breakfast at Manang and dinner at Tilicho Base Camp) (Time: 5 hrs on bike, 3-4 hours trekking)

     

    Today’s route is challenging in some places with rough stony trails and uphills. You’ll need to be a bit careful during the ascents.,  After we reach Khangsar, we will need to hike to the Tilicho Base Camp. The base camp does not have a lot of lodges so twin sharing rooms may not be available.

  4. Day 4: Hike to Tilicho lake and back to Khangsar and ride to Manang (Breakfast at Tilicho Base Camp and dinner at Manang) (Time:8-9hrs )

     

    Tilicho lake is around 5 hours away from the base camp. You will have to walk on narrow ribbon of road, one person at a time that gives way to steep gorges. The road is also slippery and you will need the assistance of a guide more than once. After spending some time at Tilicho, we’ll retrace our way through Khangsar and Manang.

  5. Day 5: Manang to Beshisahar ( Breakfast at Manang and Dinner at Beshisahar) (Time: 12 hrs)

     

    The road is a winding and narrow carved into sheer gorges above the raging Marsyangdi River. You will need to ride at 10 km/h and also remember that you’ll be sharing the road with 4 wheel rides too. Chame is two hours ride away where you can stop for lunch. You’ll reach Besisahar after 8-9 hours ride.

  6. Day 6: Beshisahar to Kathmandu

     

    After an early breakfast, we ride from Beshisahar to Kathmandu.
